Our old staple, worldoflogs.com, hasn’t been touched since 2014.
The new world order appears to be https://www.warcraftlogs.com/. When you sign-up for an account, and attach it to your Battle.net character, it’ll examine your rank in the guild and automatically grant you administrative access (if you’re officer), and you should be free to upload either guild reports or your own personal ones.
I’ll try to collect logs from all the raids I am in attendance for, but know that you can generate your own logs and upload them to this site in my absence: just don’t forget to actually type /combatlog before the raid begins.
