Since the new Discourse format encourages non-members to participate in our community, I thought I'd write up a little introduction.

I joined Descendants of Draenor in October 2005 in the merger with a small guild primarily made up of Star Wars Galaxies players called The Final Cut. Originally playing a Restoration Shaman throughout Vanilla, I was very active in leading 10 man ZG/AQ runs weekly MC runs for players not part of progression. With the launch of The Burning Crusade, I was able to work my way into the progression team and became a part of the healing core (even if standing in Doomfire was second nature to me). Shortly before Wrath of the Lich King launched, I decided that a new expansion would be a great opportunity to try something new and the warlock Nestonia was born. Damage dealing was a much better fit, as evidence by me topping the damage meters every week in both 25 man progression and a 10 man group of my dear friends known as The Eh Team. After the downing of Yogg-Saron, I made the decision to step away from WoW to focus on my studies and my time within Azeroth has been sporadic since then.

I am still student working towards obtaining a Master's Degree in Canadian politics and reside in Ottawa, Canada.
